Return Policy

We always aim you never have to return an item to us. However, if you would like to return an item, here's our return policy

1.1. If you have change your mind and would like to return an item/s with us, you can do so within 30 days of purchase. Provided the item/s must still be in its original packaging and on saleable condition. Saleable condition means all the security seals are unbroken.

1.2. If the condition above is met, we will issue you a refund. However, we will deduct postage and packaging fee from your total refund.

1.3. If we find evidence that the item has been used, and/or the security seals are broken, we will unfortunately reject your return.

2.1. If the item arrives damage and/or faulty, please provide any evidence so we can investigate the matter appropriately. Evidence can be by pictures or video and be sent to us via email. Please do so within 14 days of receiving the item. 

2.2. Failure to provide evidence of faulty/damage item within 14 days of receiving the it might cause your return request to be rejected.

2.3. Once all the provided evidence has been reviewed we will contact you about your claim. We will offer to send you a replacement item or provide full refund.
